Aurora 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

Was upgraded to Halora Cruise, bus pickup was smooth with the ferry to the cruise ship. room was big and spacious with balcony and bathtub. but tv channel was under maintenance and wifi + mobile data reception quite weak at Halong Bay. enough activities and great food served. friendly and polite staff.

A lovely experience, the views were stunning. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. Food is provided free, but must pay for drinks. Food was off good quality but the evening meal of 5 courses was a little overwhelming. Fantastic experience!

We spent two nights on this splendid cruise in Ha Long Bay, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Daniel, the cruise manager, for his great professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. But compliments also go to the entire staff: wonderful young people, always smiling, attentive, and ready to meet our every need. They made us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The cruise is super luxurious; our room was beautiful, meticulously cared for in every detail, and had a spectacular view of the bay. We ate wonderfully, with excellent local dishes, and the excursions were very pleasant and well-organized. What struck us most, however, was the combination of professionalism and human warmth from all the staff. It's rare to find such a kind and helpful team.
