• About the Tour Guide : If the tour guide option is not selected, a staff member will accompany the tour to assist guests throughout the trip. The driver can communicate basic English regarding meeting times, restroom locations, and simple travel arrangements. No guided commentary is provided.
• Dantewada Land of Angels Waterfall Park – Admission fee (reference price: THB 100 per person) and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated in the selected package. Actual prices are subject to the on-site announcement.
• Cafe Elephant – Customers can enjoy drinks while observing elephants from a distance. No close interaction with elephants is arranged. Admission fee (reference price: THB 80 per person) and drinks are at the customer’s own expense unless otherwise stated in the selected package. Actual prices are subject to the on-site announcement.
• Lunch is included only in selected packages. Please refer to the package details before booking.
• A complimentary waterproof phone pouch will be provided for use at Sticky Waterfall.
• Note: If you have onward travel (flight, bus, or train) on the same day after the tour, booking is not recommended. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival or return due to traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and no responsibility will be taken for any missed connections.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
