Ohatsumeguri (circumnavigation of the summit crater) guided tour fee: A guided tour around the crater at the summit of Mt. Fuji led by a mountain guide. Fee: Approximately 1,000-1,100 JPY per person. Walking time: Approximately 90 minutes. Distance: Approximately 3 kilometers. Usually, a minimum number of participants (5-10 people) is required for the tour to be formed. Whether the tour takes place is determined by the weather, wind, road conditions, and the guide's judgment on the day (scheduled to open on July 10th).
Mount Fuji climbing equipment is not included in the cost of this tour. Please prepare your own climbing shoes, cold-weather clothing, rain gear, headlamps, trekking poles, and other necessary equipment for climbing Mount Fuji in advance. If you need to rent equipment, please contact customer service in advance before departure to confirm rental options and fees.

- Mountaineering Group Recruitment Notice and Pre-trip Briefing: To ensure activity safety and protect the rights of all participants, please read carefully and confirm your acceptance of the following before registering: 1. Mountain Hut Accommodation Environment - Mountain hut accommodation space is limited, mostly open dormitories or bunk beds, requiring shared sleeping space with other hikers. - Resources in mountainous areas are limited; some mountain huts may not provide shower facilities, sufficient electricity, or stable communication signals. - Mountain hut meals and facility conditions differ from hotels in flat areas; please refer to the actual supply situation in the mountains. - Please abide by mountain hut management regulations, maintain quiet, and collectively keep the environment clean. 2. Physical Fitness and Health Assessment - Mountaineering activities require long periods of walking and carrying loads; please assess your physical condition to determine if you are suitable to participate. - It is recommended to continuously train your physical fitness before departure, such as hiking, climbing stairs, jogging, aerobic exercise, etc., to improve cardiopulmonary function and muscle endurance. - If you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, major illnesses, or recent injuries, please consult a doctor in advance and proactively inform the organizer. - During the activity, if you are unable to continue the trip due to insufficient personal physical fitness or health factors, you must cooperate with the arrangements of the leader or guide. 3. Risks of Mountaineering Activities - Mountaineering is an outdoor activity with certain risks; accidents may occur due to weather, terrain, or personal factors. - Mountainous areas may face weather changes such as low temperatures, strong winds, rain, dense fog, and lightning. - During the journey, you may encounter risks such as slippery roads, scree slopes, steep slopes, falling rocks, falls, and sprains. - Symptoms of altitude sickness, such as headache, nausea, loss of appetite, and insomnia, may occur in high-altitude areas. - In case of bad weather, damaged roads, or other force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, postpone, suspend, or cancel the itinerary to ensure the safety of the group members. 4. Equipment Preparation - Please prepare appropriate mountaineering equipment according to the difficulty of the itinerary, including hiking boots, waterproof jackets, warm clothing, rain gear, headlamps, personal medications, and drinking water. - It is not recommended to wear casual shoes, sandals, or other footwear unsuitable for mountaineering. - Insufficient personal equipment may affect your own and the team's safety; the leader or guide has the right to request improvements or, depending on the situation, politely decline participation. 5. Safety and Group Regulations - During the activity, please follow the instructions of the leader, guide, and staff; do not leave the group without authorization or change the route. - To maintain team safety, if a group member's physical fitness, equipment, or health condition is clearly unsuitable for continuing the trip, the leader has the right to request a return or terminate participation. - Please adhere to the Leave No Trace principles, do not litter indiscriminately, and do not damage the natural environment. 6. Registration Information - Registration implies a full understanding of the characteristics of mountaineering activities, the mountain accommodation environment, and related risks, and a willingness to bear the risks that may arise from outdoor activities. - Participants should ensure that their physical condition is suitable for this activity and agree to cooperate with the organizer's safety management measures. - If you have any questions, please inquire proactively before registering. - Please prioritize safety, act within your capabilities, and collectively maintain good quality mountaineering activities.

- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
What to bring
- "Mount Fuji Climbing Equipment" To ensure safety and comfort during your climb, please prepare the necessary climbing gear in advance according to the equipment list. The weather in the Mount Fuji area is unpredictable; even in summer, temperatures at the summit can drop to around 0°C, accompanied by strong winds and rain. It is recommended to bring sufficient warm and waterproof equipment. Some equipment (such as hiking boots, waterproof jackets, trekking poles, headlamps, etc.) can be rented locally in Japan. If you need to rent climbing equipment, please contact customer service before your departure. We can assist with rental information and reservation services (actual rental items, quantities, and fees are subject to supplier arrangements). ⚠️ Please note: Climbing equipment rental fees are not included in the tour package. It is recommended to submit rental requests at least 7 days before departure.
- It is recommended to carry sufficient cash and 100 yen coins. Some toilets along the Mount Fuji route require a cooperation fee of approximately 100 yen, and the prices for food, drinking water, and supplies in the mountainous area are higher. It is advisable to prepare enough cash in advance for contingencies.

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
