Begin with a short introduction to Toyosu Market, then make sushi using premium fish sourced that morning. You’ll use authentic sushi rice prepared just like in real restaurants.
Create and enjoy seven types of sushi: ikura, ebi, tamago, kanpyo maki, maguro, hamachi, and salmon.
Supervised by professional sushi chefs, even beginners can enjoy the process with confidence. The small-group setting ensures a relaxed and personal experience.
