What to expect

Step into Tokyo’s sushi world with this hands-on experience at a working sushi bar in Ebisu, in partnership with a licensed tuna broker from Toyosu Market.

Begin with a short introduction to Toyosu Market, then make sushi using premium fish sourced that morning. You’ll use authentic sushi rice prepared just like in real restaurants.

Create and enjoy seven types of sushi: ikura, ebi, tamago, kanpyo maki, maguro, hamachi, and salmon.
