Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet/ Mui Ne Bus and vice versa

I was on a 9-seater minivan. The problem was that the platform didn't provide any information about the vehicle or the location (especially photos). I booked for 10:00 AM, and the pickup time was 9:10-9:20 AM, so I had to wait at the designated spot. Fearing I might miss it, I arrived around 8:00 AM. Since I was just standing by the roadside with no signs or indications, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place, and I felt completely lost. I imagine most people are first-timers, right? As it turned out, the vehicle arrived at 8:25 AM. I'm not sure if I ended up on an earlier trip or what, but the driver had my name and seat number, and the rest of the journey was smooth. The air conditioning in the car was very strong, and it was clean and hygienic. Seeing so many prayer beads hanging on the driver's seat made me feel at ease, so I'll give him a thumbs up! Because of this experience, I confidently chose this platform again for my return trip to Sai Kung.

It took less than 4 hours to get from Ho Chi Minh to Phan Thiet (Mui Ne Resort). The seats are comfortable and it is quiet because there are few people. It is convenient because they contacted me before boarding. It was a little uncomfortable for me who is 180cm tall, but it was okay because the vehicle was clean and had ample space.

The most punctual transfer we had - super easy to use! Was slightly annoying on the return trip that the driver made the tallest people sit in the smallest leg room seats for no reason - but otherwise great!

Clean inside the car, comfortable and quiet, even if it was public holiday so traffic jam on the highway, but still ok. the limo van is recommended.

So easy and comfortable! The mini bus (9-11 seater) has great air-conditioning, reclining and massaging seats, cold water provided, and blinds that you can lift. The luggage is stored behind the seats. There is one stop along the way for WC, food and drinks.

Van was early and there was light to no traffic during my trip. Driver was great and overall comfortable experience.

The staff were wonderful and constantly reached out. I had to change my drop off/hotel pick up location, and that was handled with no issues. Upon return, the Limo was arriving early and the staff reached out hours in advance to let me know. I'll be using Vie Limo again when I head back to Mui Ne.
