very easy to redeem just scan voucher at shop. economical & tasty food to enjoy in singapore. highly recommend
Many places did not know how to redeem the vouchers. Felt like I was arguing with all the stall owners all the time just to redeem the vouchers. Otherwise, it was a good value.
Vivo most stores know how to use. 313 all the stores did not know how to use. Need to keep calling the manager to use. Otherwise, it was a very good deal
Many store employees don't know how to use the vouchers. While Chinese is convenient for communication, the back-and-forth can be troublesome. We hope the company can simplify the process to make it easier for employees to learn.

very terrible experience redeeming. Bought a set of 4 $5. Scanned voucher number 2 and when I had to click the redeem tab they redeem my number 4 voucher so I could not use number 4 qr anymore. I wished they could streamline the process
