It's quite convenient, probably for three to four families. The service is good, and pickup/drop-off is easy.
They contacted me beforehand regarding the time, and were very punctual.
We were very late because of the rain. The scheduled pickup time from the hotel for Tzu Chi was 3:30 PM, but it ended up being around 4:10 PM. The reason was heavy, sudden rain in Thailand, which caused severe traffic jams. As a result, our trip to the Night Safari was significantly delayed. This meant we missed out on time to either watch a show or take a ride. I'm not sure if it would have been faster to take a taxi ourselves at that time, but in any case, the shuttle service caused a delay in our itinerary.
The pickup was quite punctual, but the return trip to the hotel was 20 minutes late. Given how polite the driver was, I'll give it four stars.
