Nara Kimono Rental & Photo Shoot Experience | Kimono Rental Misaki

The shop is easy to find, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They can also speak English. Furthermore, the items there are very new and beautiful, with many kimono styles to choose from. I highly recommend this kimono shop. I also had a beautiful and meaningful photoshoot here. If you visit Nara, you should definitely try wearing a kimono at this shop.

The photographer was great. My girlfriend booked him, and I was skeptical at first, but it was so much fun, and without him, the whole experience wouldn't have been nearly as good. He was very nice, relaxed, took his time, and led us to beautiful, uncrowded spots that we never would have found on our own. The photos also turned out really well. Tip: bring sunglasses so you don't squint into the camera the whole time 😉 After the shoot, you'll receive all the photos, from which you can choose five to be edited. It was fantastic!

We had a fantastic experience at this kimono rental shop. It is located close to Kintetsu Nara Station, making it very convenient to access. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and they kindly accommodated us even though we arrived ahead of our booking time. There was a wide and beautiful selection of kimonos to choose from, and the hair styling was done very well. We really appreciated the service and enjoyed our time wearing the kimono.

The kimono rental store was very easy to find and conveniently located near Kintetsu Nara Station. The staff were all amazing—welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. We arrived earlier than our scheduled time, but they kindly allowed us to start right away. The selection of kimonos was excellent, and the hair styling service was also great. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Communication in English was excellent. We had our appointment at 10:00 AM and were the first customers, so we could choose from the entire selection. The staff was very professional when helping us get dressed and style our hair! We were able to rent the kimono for the entire day. All in all, a top-notch experience!
