Cappadocia Green Tour with Korean or English guide

We came to Turkey for our honeymoon! We were a bit tired after traveling from another city, so we chose the Green Tour, which doesn't include trekking. We went with our guide, Ismael, and had a very enjoyable and informative trip! He not only explained the places we visited but also actively answered our questions about things we were curious about, making everything easy to understand. It was great! He also gave us many useful tips for traveling in Turkey, which will be a big help for the rest of our trip. Thank you so much for taking so many beautiful photos for us! If we visit Cappadocia again, we'd love to do the Red Tour as well.

I finally made it to the Derinkuyu Underground City, a place I'd always dreamed of visiting. This underground refuge, extending 85 meters downwards and totaling 18 levels, once housed and protected up to 20,000 people. Today, 8 levels are open to visitors. As I navigated the winding, deep, and narrow rock passages, stepping back thousands of years in time, I was filled with awe and wonder. I couldn't help but marvel at the powerful and resilient survival wisdom of ancient people. Despite harsh and difficult circumstances, they still managed to settle down and live their lives. I have a profound respect for the strength of our human ancestors. I was incredibly fortunate to meet an excellent Turkish tour guide who was fluent in English, French, and Russian, and possessed extensive knowledge and a broad perspective. Along the way, he shared countless vivid historical stories and diverse cultural insights from various regions. The entire trip had a perfectly balanced and relaxed pace, with well-planned stops at unique geological sites. For lunch, we enjoyed authentic local cuisine at a charming courtyard restaurant by a flowing stream. Afterward, we relaxed on the terrace, sipping Turkish black tea and enjoying the breeze. It was a day filled with both profound historical and cultural experiences and delightful, relaxing moments. It was so good! Highly, highly recommend! The price was cheaper than other places, and it included the entrance fee and lunch! The guide, who spoke Korean very well, told us interesting stories and kindly answered all my questions. Even though I participated alone, I had a really fun and memorable time. Also, I've seen many comments saying that other green tours are long and involve a lot of walking, making them tiring, but this one returned around 4:30 PM, and the timing and physical exertion were just perfect!

I had a great time with our guide, Ismail! He even had me play the role of a Roman soldier captured in Derinkuyu, which really helped me understand the history. Compared to MyRealTrip and other platforms, this was the most affordable, and the tour was very satisfying. Highly recommend!

He was very helpful in answering my questions in Korean about things I didn't quite grasp, or general inquiries about Cappadocia travel and food. I took the tour on my last day in Cappadocia, but I think it would have been even more helpful if I had done it on the first day! I highly recommend it!

We are a group of four middle-aged women traveling independently for a month. Booking a package group tour just as we were starting to feel physically tired made things so convenient and fun, taking the depth of our trip to the next level. Each part of the Derinkuyu Underground City and Ihlara Valley tour was incredibly fulfilling. The underground city was especially fascinating! Thanks to our guide, who passionately explained each historical site with extensive knowledge and wit, the tour was much richer and more enjoyable. They were also great at answering questions, and I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to truly experience the magnificent natural scenery and profound history!

The price was similar to local options, but I chose this because it said the service would be in Korean. The explanations were great, and I'm very grateful.
