• A deposit of 100 yuan per person is required on-site. The deposit will be refunded after the clothing and accessories are returned and confirmed to be free of damage; if you choose more than 6 retouched photos, an additional fee will be charged on-site based on the number of photos.
• Does not include any attraction tickets. If you wish to film inside the scenic area, you will be responsible for your own and staff's tickets and other related expenses.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel before your selected activity date

Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
