The building looks old..that attract the charm. inside is elegant look. the Food was delicious. Staffs are friendly and attentive, they refill every food counter that's almost empty, many choices of the desserts. I love the bday cake they serve . ❤️
It was a good experience for me and my hubby. It's a good thing we chose this place to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. Good food with the good crew (Filipino’s). Thank you! I am looking forward to Dine again with you to celebrate my coming Birthday this February.
The restaurant is on the sixth floor of the hotel lobby elevator. The environment is very good and all the staff (including Chinese and Filipinos) are friendly and polite. There are not many choices for the buffet dinner. I saw an advertisement mentioning that each person gets half a lobster, but it turns out that it's only available on Valentine's Day. Usually there are oysters, frozen shrimp, crab legs, scallops, mussels, and sushi. There are several hot dishes (the stewed duck spleen is very delicious), as well as pan-fried pork neck and thinly sliced mutton. There is a stall selling braised vegetables and noodles. In addition to the usual coffee and juice, the drinks feature red wine and Japanese sake. The desserts and cakes were exquisite. With such an affordable buffet dinner price ($550 for 2 people) and a quiet environment (only about a dozen guests, probably because it was Thursday), it was great value for money.
Super worth it! Food was great and you have a lot of option to choose from. Shout out as well to their Filipino staff who shows hospitality beyond measure. Will surely dine again someday here when we get to visit Macau :)
During our visit, we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant twice, where we found the quality of the food to be excellent considering the price. The salmon was particularly fresh, and the beef was a delightful choice as well. Their selection of French cheeses and desserts was not to be missed! Additionally, the free-flowing wine, especially the rosé, added to our overall enjoyment. If we find ourselves back in Macau, we would definitely consider returning to this hotel. The staff, including Dino, Jewel, Maggie, and the other Filipino staff members whose names we regrettably overlooked, provided exceptional hospitality. Our overall experience at Sofitel Mistral was truly remarkable.
SOFITEL HOTEL MISTRAL Restaurant Sofitel Macau Ponte 16 Sea Breeze Cafeteria Macau Basudal Old Street (commonly known as Ponte 16) 5th Floor, Sofitel Hotel 21-6-2023 This restaurant is a usual meal when you go to Macau for business or travel The place. The reason is that the restaurant is managed by Sofitel France, and hotel guests and hotel senior staff also dine here. The environment is good, guests can dine indoors, or choose the indoor garden corridor, next to the swimming pool, it has the style of a French high-end restaurant, the service is first-class, the food combines Chinese and Western, and the quality is also guaranteed. You can choose it. The cafeteria is managed by two chefs, Chinese and Western. The western chef Mr. Angelo and the Chinese chef Mr. Yuen. The pastry chef is managed by the Chinese chef Mr. Owen. During the meal, the chef constantly inspects the food to ensure order clean. The salad part is unambiguous, and the salad dishes include Bostn Lettuce Boston lettuce; Romaine Lettuce Roman lettuce; Red Cabbage red leaf cabbage, Frisee endive; and Lollo Rosso Rosa red, Butter Lettuce butter lettuce are all carried in paper bags and dried fresh . In addition, there are cherry eggplant, cucumber slices, bread grains, and dried bacon. There are quite a variety of cheeses, including my favorite Blue Cheese, Blue Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Emmental Cheese, Dakong Cheese, Brie Cheese, Brie Cheese, Edam Cheese, Red Wave Cheese. If you like cheese, eat 100g blue cheese, with baguettes, cracker biscuits , almost paid back. Frozen seafood is so-so, frozen shrimp, mussels and clams, no surprises. The Western-style hot pot is wonderful, with French duck legs, Hungarian pork, roast chicken, tomato stewed meatballs, broccoli fried meat; Peanut Pork Bone Porridge. In terms of service, it is commendable. The restaurant's waiters are led by restaurant manager Mr. Jack Huang, Miss Fatima and Miss Shirley to provide high-quality and considerate services to customers. They can speak fluently in three languages, Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and answer guests with a smile. Be polite when asking questions. The other four frontline staff were also polite and diligent. Dining here has triple enjoyment, one is the quiet and elegant environment, the other is high-quality food, and the third is high-quality service. Recommend this Ponte 16 Sea Breeze Restaurant.
