• Due to the limited space at the teahouse, the tour guide will arrange a specific crosstalk teahouse based on the number of guests on the day. Reference teahouses include Yanle Shengping, Geng'erdu Crosstalk Teahouse, Zhongyuan Crosstalk Society, Qingfangyuan Crosstalk Teahouse, etc. On holidays, if the teahouse is fully booked or cannot be arranged for other reasons, the tour guide will refund the ticket according to the package price.
• Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. In the event of itinerary delays or changes caused by force majeure or the tourists' own reasons, our company will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred, and any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves.

Please identify carefully, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If your consumer rights are infringed upon, our company will assist you in handling related matters, but will not bear any related responsibility.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. Otherwise, to avoid delaying other guests' itineraries, we will depart promptly and refuse to wait. If a guest fails to arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for the full loss.
• Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuable items with them!! Do not leave valuable items in the hotel or tour bus! Please take good care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency will not be responsible for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
• When departing, you must carry valid identification documents. If you are unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying valid identification documents, the tourist shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred.
• If guests leave the group or change their itinerary midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
• Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any conditions. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's poor health.
