What to expect

Travel the world through flavors without leaving Istanbul. In our spacious atelier between Galataport and Galata Tower, you create authentic dishes from different cultures with an experienced international cuisine chef.

Choose from Italian handmade pasta, Asian dumplings and stir-fry, French sauces, Mexican tacos, Mediterranean paella, and more. Each recipe carries the story of a different geography. You also learn the history and traditions behind every dish.

Your menu is fully customized to your dietary preferences. All ingredients, equipment, apron, and beverages are included.

After cooking, enjoy the international feast you prepared at the chef's table. Take home an international recipe booklet. Duration 3-4 hours. Available in Turkish and English. Sessions daily. Groups up to 250.
