🏔️【Hoshino Resorts Tomamu Ski Resort】 Located in Shimukappu Village, Hokkaido, it is a renowned comprehensive resort in Japan, famous for its premium powder snow and complete facilities, suitable for families, couples, and group vacations. Diverse Slopes Boasting over 25 slopes covering various difficulties, meeting the comprehensive needs from beginners to experts. Rich Facilities Well-equipped cable cars and ropeway ensure convenient movement within the park; comprehensive resort facilities include accommodation, hot springs, entertainment, shopping, and dining. Excellent Snow Quality Possesses world-class premium powder snow, with fine and soft snow quality. The surrounding slopes are covered in pristine white snow, offering breathtaking scenery. International Service Provides multi-language services including Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Shuttle buses are available within the village for easy access between hotels, ski resorts, and various facilities. Ski Equipment Rental and Process Reservation/On-site: Official website reservation (guests can pick up the afternoon before); or fill out a form for rental on-site at Tomamu The Tower 1F / Resort Center 1F. Try on equipment on-site to confirm fit, and return to the original counter after use.






Good to know
- A few days before departure, we will contact you using the contact information you provided to explain relevant usage and precautions.
- Cable car tickets need to be purchased separately and can be bought on-site on the day of the activity.
- It is recommended to book lessons with companions of similar skill levels.
- Before the lesson starts, it is recommended to arrive at the designated meeting point with the instructor at least 10 minutes in advance and ensure all necessary items are brought.
- To ensure smooth communication with the instructor, please make sure your mobile phone has internet connection when heading to the ski resort.
- If you need the instructor's assistance with equipment rental, the time spent will be included in the lesson duration.
- For essential ski equipment and clothing, if personal reasons (such as not bringing gloves, ill-fitting ski boots, etc.) lead to equipment replacement costs or loss of lesson time, no refunds, extensions, or make-up times will be provided.
- Please choose the appropriate package based on the number of participants. For example, for a 1-2 person lesson, the price is the same whether 1 or 2 people participate; incorrect selection may affect normal use.
- If different members within the same team take turns attending lessons, the fee will be calculated based on the total number of people in the team. For example: if 2 people attend in the morning and another 2 people attend in the afternoon, the fee will be calculated for 4 people.
- Extended or overtime lessons will be uniformly charged at JPY 15,000 per hour.
- Mandarin Chinese lessons are taught by native-speaking instructors.
- Once the reservation is completed, the teaching language and lesson time cannot be changed. If changes are needed, please cancel the original reservation and rebook.
- If a student is absent without notice on the day of the lesson and is more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a forfeiture of the lesson, and no refund will be given. If a student is late due to personal reasons, no make-up lessons or extensions of class time will be provided.
- Outdoor activities in snowy environments carry risks of injury or death. It is recommended that students and accompanying persons purchase travel insurance, medical insurance, or relevant outdoor activity insurance on their own.
- Due to factors such as weather and snow conditions, business hours and service content may be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding.
- This unit is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment or property before, during, or after the lesson.
- This unit is not responsible for any injuries or accidents before, during, or after the lesson.
- During the lesson, for safety reasons, please strictly follow the instructor's instructions and advice. If instructions are repeatedly not followed (e.g., leaving the group without permission, damaging ski resort facilities, etc.), the instructor has the right to immediately terminate the contract and lesson service without refund.
- If a student unilaterally cancels the lesson due to personal reasons (including but not limited to deciding not to attend due to bad weather, changes in personal itinerary, etc.), no refund will be given.
- In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, etc.), or if the ski resort officially announces its closure or cessation of operations, the lesson can be canceled and a refund processed.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, upon providing relevant supporting documents, the lesson can be canceled and a refund processed.
