Founded in 1769 in Hida Takayama and transformed into a sake brewery in 1895, Hirata Sake Brewery blends centuries of history with refined brewing techniques. Using carefully selected rice such as Yamadanishiki, Hidahomare, and Isehikari, along with pure water from the Miyagawa River, the brewery creates sake rooted in the harmony of Ise and Hida’s climate, culture, and tradition.
