• Applicants must specify a fixed visa effective date, as the scheduled departure cannot take place before this date.
• You may submit your application up to three months in advance, provided you ensure the requested effective date is accurate.
• For Asia Region: After booking is completed, Operator will contact you within 4 hours during business hours (04:00–13:30, UTC+3) or within 12 hours during non-working hours.
• For Other Regions: Operator will contact you within 12 hours (all times) after your booking is completed.
