The itinerary is well-planned, easily connecting three major landmarks. The tour guide's explanation is vivid, thoroughly explaining everything from historical allusions to architectural details, bringing the ancient capital to life. Cycling on the city wall is super pleasant, the night view of the Bell and Drum Towers is absolutely stunning, there is no shopping throughout the trip, the service is attentive, this line is a must-see in Xi'an, definitely worth it!

The local tour guide turned up punctually. As it was only 2 of us, no transport was arranged. We walked around for the most part, and took cab for remaining tour. I was expecting the tour to cover the city wall (at the top of the wall) but was left disappointed. It was stated in the itinerary but the guide informed that ours did not include the ticket. The museum tour was ok, it was however packed with many people due to summer holiday. The guide (Sun) did a good job to show us part of the city which was not in the original itinerary. At the end of the tour, the 2 of us paid our own transport back to hotel. Overall, I think the tour is ok but there’s room for improvement.
