Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Itinerary: 06:30 Taipei Main Station (West Gate 3) - 09:00 Nanshan Tribe (rest, supplies 30min) - 11:00 Wuling Farm (5hr) - 16:00 Return journey - 17:30 Nanshan Tribe (rest, supplies 30min) - Taipei Main Station (West Gate 3)
- Limited to 16 people per day (adults, children, and infants are the same price)
- A minimum group size of 6 people is required. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days prior to the departure date, and rescheduling or a refund will be arranged.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, we will not wait for latecomers.
- This is a carpooling trip, and the mode of transportation is shared. You will be sharing a ride with other passengers. If you have made separate bookings, please be sure to note who you are traveling with in the order.
- The Taipei to Wuling section involves mountain roads, so it is recommended to bring motion sickness medicine or other personal medications as needed. Also, the temperature difference between day and night in the mountains is large, so please bring sunscreen and warm clothing as needed.
- Tour information will be provided before 18:00 the day before departure. Please pay attention to the messages.
- This is a fixed carpool itinerary and does not accept temporary changes to attractions or adjustments. By participating in this itinerary, if you are unable to board the car or get off the car midway due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and no refund or separate ride will be provided.
- According to Taiwan regulations, each person occupies a seat. Please be sure to provide the accurate number of people (including infants) when placing your order. If the number of people is incorrect on the day of departure, causing the vehicle to be overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be given. Thank you.
- Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on daily traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence. Service personnel will adjust the itinerary sequence accordingly. Delays or cancellations due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors will not be announced separately; refunds will not be granted for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
- The driving times listed in the above itinerary are for reference only. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on road conditions or large numbers of tourists during holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Taiwan's legal regulations: Children under the age of 4 are required to use infant beds or car seats; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm in height use car booster seats. Please note the child's date of birth, height, and weight information when booking, and please pay NT$ 300 on-site.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited inside the vehicle: eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting out the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. Compensation will be required for any damage or stains to items inside the vehicle, and payment must be made in cash on-site.
