Hong Kong Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung Mangrove Ecology Expedition

What to expect
Section 1: Step into the mangrove estuary wetland, learn about its unique ecosystem, biodiversity, and important conservation value; observe mangrove organisms, and understand the adaptability and ecological functions of mangroves; Section 2: Plankton Exploration: Under the guidance of professional instructors, collect plankton at the pier, use a microscope to monitor the amazing forms of underwater organisms up close, and learn about their key role in the food chain; Section 3: Environmental Protection Mosquito Coil Workshop: Explain the characteristics and environmental protection significance of coffee grounds and mugwort, and guide participants to make pure natural mosquito coils. Section 4: Historical and Cultural Exploration Tour - Sheung Yiu Folk Museum; guided tour along the Pak Tam Chung Nature Trail; Section 5: After returning to the campsite, the instructor will lead you to make 1 exclusive commemorative badge for the campsite.
