I had a wonderful experience with the Marina Night Walk and River Cruise in Singapore. The night scenery was beautiful, and the walk around Marina Bay was relaxing and enjoyable. The river cruise was definitely the highlight of the experience. We could see many famous landmarks such as Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, and the city skyline, all beautifully lit up at night. Our tour guide, Benny, was very knowledgeable and explained the history clearly and in great detail. His explanations made the tour more interesting and meaningful, and we learned a lot about Singapore’s history and landmarks during the walk. The arrangements were smooth, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. This experience is very suitable for both locals and tourists who want to enjoy Singapore’s night view in a relaxing way. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone who wants to experience Singapore’s beautiful night scenery.
Hi, just sharing feedback: the cruise ride felt too short. We were hoping for a longer trip that lasts till sunset. Also, please ensure the guide speaks English since it’s Singapore’s first language. Thank you.
Misleading “Daily Tour” Listing – Exercise Caution When Booking via Singapore Culture Pass. I booked the “Marina Night Walk, River Cruise Experience and Dinner” with 96 Travel & Tours using Singapore Culture Pass credits (S$95 per person). The experience fell far short, and both of us lost S$190 in credits. Although advertised as a daily activity, our confirmed date was cancelled just days after booking—despite being two weeks away. We were asked to reschedule based on the operator’s availability, they cited less than min 10 pax on that day.I have the impression that though they advertised daily tours for online booking, the company has been doing and tricked the customers booked in any day (based on their daily booking appointment), once customer confirmed booking, they cancel the customer original booking date, and ask customer to reschedul to their schedule and combine with other people to make it 10 paxs on anyday based on their availability. Overall, a disappointing experience.
overpriced from the get go. The cruise barely lasted 20mins. It didn't stop at certain landmarks for people to take in the sights and hear the commentary about them. The guide preferred to speak in Mandarin despite English being the lingua franca of Singapore. While he explained in lengthy detail in Mandarin to the Chinese guests, he only explain in 10-15 words in English to the rest of us. The dinner was below mediocre. I had to keep asking the wait staff for serving spoons for the dishes as people were using their chopsticks to help themselves. Food was bland at best. $95 for the cruise and dinner was truly overpriced!!! I would NOT recommend this cruise to anyone local or foreign. Such a pity as our skyline is truly beautiful. Surely the operator can do better.
food wise not good. seating place so clamp and hot.
