- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- A deposit of THB 1000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Get a special rate for Pocket 4G Wifi with insurance coverage per day! The insurance includes total damage cost and 50% of product costs (remaining 50% of value will be paid by subscriber)
- Please note: a security deposit of THB 1,000 will be required during pick up by cash or credit card and will be refunded when the device is returned undamaged
- The maximum number of connected devices is 5. However, we recommend that the number of connected devices should be 3-4 as it may affect the internet speed

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 3 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password
- When not in use, the device should be switched off
- Press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the light goes off

The wifi worked for a few days then i dont know if its the charger or the device thats not working cause we couldnt charge the device so we only used it for 1 day the day we recieved it then after that it was just stuck in my luggage. And i was asked a 1000bht deposite for the device at security deposite but due to being late and the traffic I forgot to return the device since our flight is boarding so i did not want to risk missing my flight over the 1000bht. And now they insist of returning the device and i might be charged 200bht/day which is unfair because thats why there was a deposite in case the device is not returned. Its a fair deal.

I booked a pocket wifi from Bangkok to Philippines but when I arrived in Manila, it wasn’t working. The wifi provider told me that the package booked was for Thailand use only so I wasn’t able to use it. I messaged for a refund but no response.
