Admission Age Information

• Admission is available for ages 8 and above (including those born in 2018 or earlier).

Ticket Pickup Information

• Ticket pickup and on-site ticket purchases are available starting 2 hours before the show begins (on show day only).
• Tickets can be picked up after verifying the following information: Name of the purchaser, last 4 digits of mobile phone number, reservation confirmation, reservation number, ID or passport
• To ensure smooth ticket pickup, please bring your reservation confirmation and SMS containing the reservation number in addition to your ID.
• Tickets purchased after the cancellation deadline cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please store them safely.

Performance Viewing Information

• After the performance begins, entry will be restricted until designated entry times.
• Depending on staff guidance, you may be temporarily seated in a latecomer seat instead of your assigned seat, and you may move to your original seat during intermission.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the performance except during curtain call unless otherwise approved. We appreciate your cooperation.
