Using Heishirou’s original sushi-making kit, even first-time learners can easily create authentic nigiri sushi. - Please provide your preferred start time when making a reservation. Note that you may need to wait depending on restaurant busyness.
- If you do not arrive by your reserved start time, your booking will be treated as a cancellation. Refunds are not available.
- The rice for this experience is pre-prepared. This is not a full sushi-making class, but a hands-on activity to enjoy the sushi-making atmosphere.
- Instruction is in Japanese only. The experience video includes English, Korean, and Chinese subtitles.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
