What to expect
This digital ticket includes unlimited rides for one day on all Hanshin Electric Railway lines (excluding the Kobe Kosoku Line), unlimited rides on Kobe City Bus Route 16, and the Higashi Rokko Excursion Ticket (round-trip on the Rokko Cable Car and unlimited rides on the mountain bus Route 1). Customers can purchase the Hanshin 1-day Pass Rokko Mountain Set on their smartphones and use it directly as a ticketless (QR code) service.

Eligibility
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- This product is for customers aged 12 and older (junior high school students and above)
- Children aged 12 who are still enrolled in elementary school are classified as “Child.” Please check child ticket details on-site.
Additional information
- Different accessibility is provided for locations, please refer to the locations website before the visit
- You can reserve tickets for up to 4 people, but all users must stay together during use. Splitting up during the trip is not allowed. If you wish to act separately, please make individual reservations.
- The digital ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other tickets or IC cards, and fare adjustment machines cannot be used.
- Please use ticket gates equipped with QR code readers when entering or exiting.
- For refunds before use, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase. Refunds are not available after pressing the “Start Using” button. The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services available with the digital ticket without prior notice to customers due to disasters or other circumstances.
- Even after usage has begun, if the railway operator (service provider) deems it necessary, refunds or other actions related to the digital ticket may be carried out. In such cases, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase.
- If your device is malfunctioning, out of battery, or otherwise unable to display purchase information, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, a regular passenger fare will be charged separately from the entry station to the exit station
- This ticket is valid from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following day. Please press the “Start Using” button after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use. If activated between 0:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., the ticket cannot be used after 3:00 a.m.
- Usage is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage.
- Please prepare a smartphone with a camera function that can access the internet.*This service does not work with feature phones (flip phones).
Voucher Validity
- Voucher Validity Period: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- *However, for purchases made on or after January 2, 2026, the validity period will be until Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
