  • Fuji Miniature Train Experience: Ride a cute miniature train slowly along the foot of Mount Fuji. The mountain scenery outside the window along the way offers a very healing and unique rail experience.
  • Asama Park: Boasting an unobstructed, head-on view of Mount Fuji, the grassy slopes, blue sky, and mountain scenery form a natural viewfinder, making it an excellent spot for shooting portraits and landscape blockbusters.
  • Nikawa Clock Shop: A retro clock shop full of Showa atmosphere. The wooden decoration and old-fashioned clocks create a gentle nostalgic atmosphere, which is very suitable for taking “quiet” photos.
  • Lawson Convenience Store (Popular Check-in Spot): The most popular blue Lawson at the foot of Mount Fuji. Taking a hot drink in one hand and taking pictures with Mount Fuji in the background is very suitable for taking lifestyle-style travel photos.
  • Lake Kawaguchiko Tenjo-Yama Park Panorama Ropeway/Excursion Ship: Roam the lake by boat or take the ropeway to the top of the mountain to capture the beautiful picture of Mount Fuji reflected on the lake from different angles. It is one of the must-try projects in Mount Fuji.
  • Lake Yamanaka Swan Feeding: Interact with swans up close on the tranquil lakeside. The swans will gently approach, making it a very healing and fairytale-like experience.

Good to know

One day before departure, between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, you will receive information about the tour guide and vehicle in your email (it may go to the spam folder), so please be sure to check it promptly and keep your communication channels open. There may be slight delays during peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified by email whether the trip is canceled by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure.

Seats and Vehicles

The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special needs, please make a note, and we will do our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation on site. The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and you cannot specify the type of vehicle. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an on-board attendant, and the explanation content will be simpler. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, and if damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustment and Safety

Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per hour). The itinerary is for reference only, and the actual traffic, stop, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the suspension of cable cars, cruise ships, and other facilities, you will be taken to other attractions or the duration of your stay will be adjusted. No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Landscape

The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when the visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking. Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as we will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, so it is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks, so please register cautiously based on your health condition.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refunds will be given, and passengers will still need to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early, so it is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
