- We will contact you through the contact information you provided between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive the message, please check your email and spam folder.
- During peak tourist seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive departure information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire.
- The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual traffic conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or bullet trains, and to bring snacks and portable chargers.
- If you need to bring luggage or have infants or children traveling with you, please inform us in advance.
- For small group tours, the driver will also serve as the tour attendant to provide full travel services, and a tour leader will not be arranged separately.
- In the event of force majeure (blizzard, road closure, etc.), cancellation of attractions or changes to the itinerary will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- If the number of participants does not meet the required minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
- The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this itinerary cannot be transferred to other services or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons.
- This itinerary only provides Chinese guidance. If you need an English tour guide, please indicate this when placing your order. Arrangements will be made depending on the situation, but are not guaranteed. If there is no remark, it will be set as a Chinese tour guide by default.
- Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and must be noted.
- The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.
- After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to stop due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
