- Changes are not permitted after the booking is confirmed, unless explicitly agreed upon by both the customer and our company.
- Please note that an agreement between the customer and the photographer alone does not constitute a valid change.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions or personal health).

- In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.
- You are not allowed to directly arrange the shoot or booking with the assigned photographer outside of this service, including through third-party platforms.
