Discover Jeju Island your way with a private car charter and expert local driver-guide. Create your own itinerary and visit Jeju’s top attractions in one day—at your own pace and comfort. Enjoy a flexible schedule with efficient routes designed to minimize travel time and maximize your experience.
Your local driver-guide will help plan your stops and make sure you have enough time to explore and take photos at each attraction. Please note that admission tickets are not included and can be purchased on the day or arranged in advance.
Included:
- Transportation (fuel, toll, and parking fees)
- Local guide/driver service
- Car charter company insurance
- Vehicle damage compensation: up to USD 350,000 per accident
- Personal injury compensation: up to USD 700,000 per person
Excluded:
- Personal expenses
- Attraction tickets
- Child seat (KRW 20,000/day, one per car)
- Overtime charges, festive surcharges, and excess kilometer fees
Service Time:
- Between 08:00–19:00
Overtime:
- 17:00–18:59 → KRW 30,000/hr (up to 6 pax) / KRW 40,000/hr (up to 13 pax)
- After 19:00 → KRW 40,000/hr (up to 6 pax) / KRW 60,000/hr (up to 13 pax)
- Before 08:00 → KRW 50,000/hr (please contact the operator)
Pick-up & Drop-off:
- Free within 5 km of Jeju Airport
- Outside Jeju City (e.g. Seogwipo, Aewol, Hallim): KRW 30,000–50,000 surcharge
- The driver or customer service team will confirm the itinerary 2–3 days before your tour
Other Information:
- Children aged 0–2: free (no separate seat); age 3 and above: same as adult rate
- One child seat = one passenger seat
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before pick-up
- Service operates in all weather except for extreme conditions
- Itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events (no refunds for such changes)
- If the guide/driver must buy a ticket to enter an attraction, they will wait outside at the meeting point
- Being over one hour late incurs a KRW 30,000 overtime fee
- Check luggage capacity before booking; extra luggage may require a larger vehicle (additional charge)
- Emergency contact information is provided on the voucher
- Driver and vehicle information (including car plate number) will be provided before 18:00 local time on the day before your tour. Communication will be through email, WeChat, LINE, or preferably WhatsApp.

Q: Is this a fixed-date ticket?
A: As tickets are only valid on specific dates, please ensure you have the correct dates before purchasing. You can amend your ticket free of charge up to two days before the departure date.
Q: Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
We do nor offer multi-day services currently. If you need to travel over multiple days, please book each day individually.
Q: Can I plan an itinerary that covers East, West and South Jeju Island?
A: Yes, you can plan your itinerary to include any part of Jeju Island during your booked time slot. Pick-up and drop-off services are available from any location. Please check the additional charges for standard travel distances and pick-up/drop-off areas.
Q: Can I get a partial refund if I don't use all of the reserved time?
A: No, no partial refund will be given if the full time is not used. If there is no contact for over an hour, the booking will be considered a no-show. Refunds are not available.
Q: Can I get a refund if the reservation is canceled due to bad weather?
A : If it is determined that the tour cannot be operated due to weather conditions, the reservation can be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
