Beginners are very welcome! It is boat snorkeling, but it takes place in relatively shallow waters (about 1.5 to 2m), so beginners can rest assured! If you have difficulty swimming, you can hold onto the guide's tube, so you can participate even if you can't swim.

What to expect

Phantom Island (official name: Hamajima)** is a mysterious island whose shape changes depending on the height of the tide. It is shaped like a moon, or sometimes a half-moon. The sea around the island is gently shallow, so you can appreciate the beautiful contrast of sea colors, with shallow areas being cobalt blue and deep areas being dark navy blue.
