- Due to the Hubei Provincial Museum being closed on Mondays, the Chu River Han Street will be visited on Mondays instead.
- The Hubei Provincial Museum implements a real-name reservation system. Guests need to make reservations on their mobile phones. If the reservation is not successful, they can visit the Hubei Art Museum instead. Guests with successful reservations will still visit the Provincial Museum according to the original itinerary.

If you are late, please go to the next pick-up point by yourself. Please understand if the car is late due to traffic jams or tourists being late.
- Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in scenic spots, and at dining locations (and take care of the safety of the elderly and children); smoking is prohibited in scenic spots, and please take care of public environmental hygiene.
- According to traffic regulations, all children participating in the tour must occupy a seat. We have the right to refuse passengers who do not occupy a seat (including children) to board the bus. Please consciously pay the child seat fee.
- If you leave the group without consultation during the trip, it will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The unfinished part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will not refund the fee or be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Normal project refunds are based on our company's discounted price, not the listed price.
- Our company will monitor the quality of reception at any time. Please understand the limitations of group tours for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner regarding reception quality issues so that we can assist in resolving them in a timely manner.
- Please fill in the "Travel Reception Quality Feedback Form" carefully and objectively. If the feedback after leaving the group is contrary to the opinion signed by myself, our company will not process it.
