【Meeting Time for Summer and Winter】 Depending on the season, the time it gets dark in the evening will vary, and departure times may also be adjusted. Please pay attention to the itinerary in advance: Winter (10/16-5/14): Meeting time is 10:30 (local time). Summer (5/15-10/15): Meeting time is 11:30 (local time). Due to the longer daylight hours in summer, the summer time schedule is delayed by 1 hour compared to the winter time schedule. Please arrange your travel reasonably according to the season and check and confirm the meeting time in advance.
【Mount Rokko Tenran Observatory】 During the period of 8.23~11.30, the Kobe Rokko MEETS ART 2025 beyond will be held, and the Tenran Observatory will charge 500 yen/person. Please pay for the expenses yourself.
【Attraction Tickets】 Tickets for the Mosaic Ferris wheel, Mount Rokko cable car, Mount Rokko Tenran Observatory, Arima Onsen hot spring, and other personal expenses are not included. Please pay for the expenses yourself.
【Itinerary Time】 According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers are not allowed to work more than 10 hours per day. The tour guide may appropriately adjust the itinerary and duration of stay according to the traffic and on-site conditions of the day.

【Luggage Carrying】 Each tourist can carry 1 standard piece of luggage for free. Please note this in the “Special Needs” section when placing your order. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the car, and the fee will not be refunded.
【Vehicle Type】 We will arrange a suitable vehicle (such as a van, minibus, or bus) according to the actual number of passengers, and the vehicle type cannot be specified.
【Leaving the Group Midway】 This itinerary is a group tour and cannot be separated from the group or leave early. If you leave the group midway on your own, the remaining itinerary will be deemed as automatically forfeited, and no refund will be given. Any problems or expenses incurred will be borne by you.
