- One day before departure, the tour operator will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you’ll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
- Please note: Access to the crater is subject to closure based on real-time volcanic gas levels and weather conditions. If the crater is inaccessible, we will visit the magnificent Daikanbo Peak instead, the premier observatory for a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Aso caldera and its ‘Five Peaks’.
- Please note: Since we cannot guarantee if access to the crater is available, shuttle bus ticket from Aso Sanjo Terminal to Nakadake Crater is not included in this package. If you would like to visit the crater, please pay in cash on-site.
