1. If traveling solo as an adult, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." A private room will be arranged for solo travelers. If traveling as three adults, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" to have two rooms arranged for you.

7. Please do not climb around in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, free environmental protection vehicles within the scenic area provide services between attractions. It is not one vehicle per group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Please be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide and do not get lost. Do not lose your belongings on the environmental protection vehicle. During peak season, queuing is common. Please follow the tour guide closely and do not leave the group without authorization.
8. Tianmen Mountain has a large flow of people during the peak season, and queuing may occur when checking tickets to enter the park and transferring. Please wait patiently. The tour guide will arrange entry to the park as soon as possible. Because Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID card. If you cannot pick up your ticket and enter the park due to incomplete documents, you will need to repurchase the ticket at the listed price.
9. When the Glass Plank Road is closed for various reasons, the scenic spot will not provide any compensation, and you must not force your way through! The Glass Plank Road is located on a cliff and has a dangerous terrain. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, are drunk, or have other physical conditions that are not suitable for sightseeing, please do not attempt to traverse it.
10. When climbing the mountain, please "look at the scenery without walking, and don't look at the scenery when walking." Pay attention to safety. Please try to wear hiking shoes, bring rain gear, and do not walk around while riding in the vehicle.

Breach of contract by the travel agency: 6-5 days before the trip, 20% of the total price will be deducted; 4-3 days before the trip, 30% of the total price will be deducted; 2-1 days before the trip, 40% of the total price will be deducted; on the day of the trip, 60% of the total price will be deducted.
