- Due to limited trunk space, each person is limited to one 28-30 inch suitcase + one backpack.
- The actual vehicle type is subject to the arrangement on the day. When carpooling, seats must be rotated daily.
- Considering the long distances between attractions in Xinjiang, we currently do not accept pregnant women, breastfeeding infants, or seniors over 75 years old on the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- Timings in the itinerary are for reference only. Specific arrangements are subject to the actual trip.
- Our company does not accept the following individuals on group tours:
- Pregnant women To ensure the safety of mother and child, women in all stages of pregnancy are not allowed to register for the tour, as the trip may involve bumpy roads, altitude sickness, or sudden emergency rescue limitations.
- Infants under three years old Infants without independent mobility are not accepted on the tour. Children aged 3-18 must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the tour.
- Elderly tourists ·70-74 years old: In addition to a health certificate, they must be accompanied by a direct relative under 60 years old throughout the tour. ·75 years old and above: Due to insurance underwriting restrictions and high-risk emergency plan requirements, we regret that we cannot accommodate them.
- Unaccompanied minors Participants under the age of 18 must provide a guardian authorization letter and be accompanied by at least one adult relative. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted. Special Note: The travel agency reserves the right to terminate the contract without compensation for those who conceal their health condition or misrepresent their age. These terms are based on the “Travel Agency Service Specifications for Elderly Tourists,” the “Law on the Protection of Minors,” and insurance underwriting rules.
