Pre-Departure Notice

* We will contact you via your provided contact information between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive any information, please check your email, as it may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive your travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and find the tour guide to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, we will confirm whether to cancel by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

  • This is a group tour, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please make a note, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to the situation on-site.
  • The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people, and you cannot specify a particular vehicle type. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation content may be more concise.
  • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

  • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000–10,000 per hour).
  • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
  • In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships, alternative attractions will be visited, or the duration of the stay will be adjusted.
  • No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons, changes to the meeting location at the last minute, or leaving the group midway through the tour. Any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group will be your own responsibility.

Seasons and Scenery

  • In winter, if special circumstances such as highway closures or restricted access to scenic spots occur, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

  • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
  • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register cautiously based on your own health condition.

* If the itinerary is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or early closures of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
