Yuri was such a great guide! She makes you feel at ease in bus full of strangers. Tour started and ended on time! I love that she sends personnal dinner recommendations too! My son especially enjoyed the DIY Ramen... The entire tour was not rushed and we had ample time to explore...

This activity is a blast and something everyone should give a shot on your first or second day. Our tour guide, Min, is undeniably exceptional and a true gem! He expertly guided us through a variety of sightseeing spots, offering detailed explanations of these historical significance. At each stop, he was attentive, ensuring that everyone was well cared for, also gave us a unforgettable Xmas gift🥹🥹. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a memorable local adventure!

My family and I had a fantastic day trip to Kobe during our stay in Osaka. Our guide, Mr. Jun Young Jo, was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the area. Since we were the only group that day, he made us feel like VIPs. The itinerary was well-planned and smooth, covering the Cup Noodles Museum, Arima Onsen, Rokko Garden Terrace, Meriken Park, and Mosaic. We loved the DIY cup noodle activity, and he even recommended a great traditional ramen spot afterward. We had plenty of time to explore Arima Onsen’s historic streets, enjoy the views from Mount Rokko, and take photos. He also treated us to local snacks, helped capture many pictures, and even printed a special souvenir photo with Kobe Tower in the background. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and personal touches made the tour truly memorable—especially since it coincided with my parents’ wedding anniversary. Highly recommended! 👍🏻😃

Thanks to Guide Jo Jun-young's kind and detailed explanations and thoughtful guidance throughout the trip, we were able to travel very comfortably! Since it was a family trip, there were many things to consider, but thanks to his excellent care, from transportation to explanations of tourist attractions, our whole family enjoyed the trip. 😊 We made many wonderful memories thanks to him. Arima Onsen and Kobe Port are places I visited many years ago, but going again with a one-day tour this time provided a refreshing, excellent, and high-value experience. For our group of three, it felt like a private tour with a chartered car. We are very grateful to and highly appreciate our guide, Jo Jun-young, for giving us a VIP travel experience. The guide provided attentive service, shared local historical information along the way, took us to sample Arima Onsen's famous local products one by one, and even recommended a great value and delicious authentic Kobe ramen restaurant (lunch at our own expense). Kobe Port Tower and Mosaic Garden are also excellent spots for photos and shopping. This tour is definitely worth experiencing.

This was the best Kobe and Ikeda day tour, allowing solo travelers to depart without worrying about cancellations! Other tours were suddenly canceled due to insufficient participants, which was frustrating, but I was so impressed that this tour guaranteed departure even with just one person. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy my precious travel itinerary without any hitches. Today, there were four of us in total—three Canadian travelers and myself—and the small group made transportation quick and sightseeing much more relaxed, which I absolutely loved. I was especially surprised by Guide Jeon Yun-cheol, who is incredibly skilled and fluent in three languages: Korean, English, and Japanese! Despite the language differences, he meticulously looked after each traveler and provided kind guidance, making the atmosphere throughout the tour very warm and pleasant. The itinerary was also incredibly rich and perfect. Ikeda CupNoodles Museum: It was so exciting to start with the unique experience of making my own cup noodles. Arima Onsen: Walking through the tranquil hot spring village and soaking my feet in a warm foot bath to relieve all my fatigue was pure healing. Rokko Garden Terrace & Meriken Park: I took many wonderful photos while enjoying the expansive panoramic views of Kobe and the cool harbor skyline. Kobe Harborland Mosaic: I perfectly ended the day by walking along the beautiful seaside terrace street, enjoying the stunning views and night scenery. Thanks to the guaranteed departure without cancellation worries, the rich itinerary, and the best guide, I'm leaving with unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a trip to Kobe!

We had a fantastic time on the Osaka Arima Onsen & Kobe Full-Day Guided Tour. The itinerary was well planned, and every stop was worth visiting. Valued for money and worth every minute if you choose to go for this tour for the activities, food, souvenir shopping and sightseeing history places! Highly recommended for those wanting to create memories at the famous Cup Noodles DIY, soaking at Arima Onsen and enjoying the view of Kobe and Osaka from Mount Rokko Guide Yuri was very engaging and has a warm personality. She was attentive to time and took a lot of care for the group even when she is feeling slightly under the weather towards the end of the tour. I’m a solo traveller, but I didn’t feel left out knowing Guide Yuri is always around if I need any clarifications and enquiries.
