What to expect
- The most accessible and beginner-friendly ski experience! Just a 30-minute drive from Sendai City, making it easy to go and return on the same day. It's one of the "closest to the city" ski resorts. With an altitude of about 600 meters, it’s a medium-sized ski resort, but the snow quality is stable and well-maintained, making it especially suitable for beginners and families. From the summit, you can enjoy panoramic views of Sendai City's nightscape and the Pacific coastline. The scenery is magnificent during the day and dreamy at night, making it a popular Instagram spot. Every winter, the resort holds the "Snow Light Festival" and "Ski Experience Day," allowing you to personally experience the local winter festive atmosphere.
- A paradise for families and beginners, some slopes are equipped with a "Magic Carpet," making it easy for children and beginners to go up and down the slopes effortlessly. The spacious, gentle green runs, with a gliding distance of about 500 to 1000 meters, provide the perfect practice environment for beginners. The ski resort has a restaurant and rental center, and the facilities are complete with clear traffic lines, making it extremely friendly to beginners.
