Sunrise Patong Beach Yoga in Phuket

I've always dreamed of doing yoga on the beach, and I'm so glad I did this! The instructor taught us so much for the full hour, it was definitely worth the money, haha. We started with Hatha yoga, and I worked up quite a sweat! Also, make sure to apply sunscreen before you go. The instructions said to come to the front of the academy, not Patong Beach, by 5 minutes before the reservation. I was about 5 minutes late, so I rushed over, but the instructor was already waiting for me, haha. The academy isn't on the main road; it's a bit tucked away, so you'll need to follow the map carefully! If you're looking for a unique experience in Phuket, I highly recommend this!

I booked beach yoga because I wanted to create a special memory of a trip to Phuket with my 9th-grade son. Mr. Deepak from Adi Yoga Center, who is from Rishikesh, India, was full of love and passion for yoga. Beach yoga. I'm leaving with such a beautiful memory. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend booking and participating in a beach yoga class!

Great experience! It’s perfect for all levels. I’m a beginner and enjoyed it so much. The instructor was very patient, supportive, and mindful of the different skill levels, making sure everyone had a great experience. They also took some lovely photos for us, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

Practicing yoga with an Indian instructor this morning was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional, and even our friends who were first-time yoga students were able to successfully complete a headstand.
