• Participants should be able to ride a segway comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a segway safely, and no refunds will be issued

• Please note: For safety reasons, participants must weigh between 30 kg and 120 kg
• Reservations cannot be cancelled due to rain
• Reservation for groups of more than 8 people, the guarantee period will be 3 days before the scheduled date

• The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding the Segway
