【Pre-trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. It requires sharing a ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and parking outside of attractions is not allowed.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver serving as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. If there are delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should register carefully or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For additional luggage, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Due to the winter closure of Fukiware Falls on December 4, you can only see Rokkakudo from a distance, and the stairs are slippery and risky. From December 7 to April 1, 2026, we will go to: Kawagoe Ichiban Gai.
• The fruit ripening period may vary due to weather conditions, and it is also possible to eat pre-picked fruit.
• If Harada Farm is closed or the fruit quantity is insufficient or the number of groups is too large, and fruit picking service cannot be provided, it will be changed to other nearby tourist orchards to provide fruit picking service.
• If Tambara Ski Park is temporarily closed due to weather factors or maintenance, the park admission fee will be refunded. Please understand.

【Information During the Trip】

• The stop time at each attraction has been optimally designed, so please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or partial itinerary changes, we will not be able to provide refunds or compensation, please understand and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team halfway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the departure period)
