I came with my dad to try a class for the first time and had a great experience here. The instructors were very good at explaining, even for beginners, and it was a great workout. They provide everything like wrap and gloves. I would definitely recommend!

Very fun experience. Even though I was a beginner with no experience at all in combat sports, the instructors were patient, but at the same time, pushed me to work harder during the session. they also explained the basics very clearly. Highly recommend this!
