[For plans with rental included] Rental Shop: E-ma Rental Joetsu Kokusai Rentals: Ski/Snowboard set, top and bottom wear + 3 small items (gloves, goggles, hat) *A physical damage insurance fee (rental compensation fee) will be required locally (￥1,000). *Rentals are only available for adults. Children must apply and pay locally. Customers are responsible for visiting the rental shop themselves.

[General Information] ・The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15 people. ・If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour/experience will be cancelled in principle. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use. ・Loading snowboards and skis onto the bus or into the trunk is free of charge. ・Business hours may be shortened or some lifts may be suspended suddenly during the period due to snowfall or weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this. ・Refunds will not be given for unused lift tickets due to customer circumstances. ・During the period of morning departure day trips, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams or accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we are not responsible for any reduction in local stay time or skiing time due to this. (We will not be able to provide any compensation.)
