Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of this concert is MakerVille Company Limited ("Organizer").
2. Audience members must hold a valid ticket to enter the concert venue, and each person is limited to one ticket. Attendees must comply with the specific terms and restrictions of this concert and the venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, codes of conduct, and prohibited items. In the event of any violation, venue staff reserves the right to refuse entry or request the individual to leave.
3. This concert is only open to individuals aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Venue staff reserves the right to check the identity documents of participants to verify their age. If verification fails, venue staff reserves the right to refuse entry.
4. This concert ticket information and entry confirmation code (if any) will be invalidated once deleted, modified, or tampered with. The Organizer will not be liable or reissue tickets in the event of any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use. Any photocopies will be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the Organizer's record shall prevail, and the Organizer has the final decision.
5. If the Organizer discovers or suspects that someone is scalping concert tickets or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to misappropriation of personal data or forgery of identity documents), the Organizer has the right to cancel the purchase and/or admission eligibility of the relevant person and cancel the relevant tickets. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Persons whose purchase and/or admission eligibility has been canceled will not be able to enter the event venue, and the canceled tickets will also be invalid. All ticket fees paid, including handling fees, will not be refunded.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of this concert without refund or exchange of tickets.
7. The Organizer has the right to change or postpone the performance date of this concert, cancel this concert, reallocate or reduce seats at any time, and will not be liable for any discrepancy in expectations, inconvenience, loss, or damage to the persons concerned. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the Organizer shall be final.
8. Ticket holders must be seated according to the row and seat number on the concert ticket.
9. Ticket holders must comply with Hong Kong law, the safety guidelines of the Organizer and the venue, venue rules, and the instructions of the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees should pay attention to their personal safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior in the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with relevant regulations or to request such persons to leave at any time. In the event of any emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
10. The Organizer has the right to decide the time and manner of admission for latecomers. Ticket holders should comply with the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or venue staff for admission.
11. Photography and videography are not allowed in the concert venue. Except for authorized personnel, all persons are strictly prohibited from bringing photography and videography equipment into the venue.
12. Smoking, eating, drinking, recording, photographing, videoing, or broadcasting live, or bringing dangerous items such as glass bottles, food, drinks, metal sharp objects, flammable items, laser pointers, ascending balloons, or metal balloons into the concert venue is strictly prohibited.
13. All persons are prohibited from bringing any animals (except guide dogs with prior written consent from the venue) into the concert venue.
14. To avoid disturbing the concert, please turn off the alarm and the ringer of your mobile phone during the concert.
15. It is strictly forbidden to bring any objects that affect or obstruct the sight and enjoyment of the concert, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, large light boards (the maximum volume of the light board is 38x30x20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and benches, etc. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the above items until the end of the concert. If you have the above restricted items, please store them in the luggage storage service counter or the self-service locker box on the ground floor.
16. If any person violates these terms and conditions, violates the rules of the Organizer and/or the venue, harasses others, or engages in any behavior that the Organizer deems inappropriate, the Organizer has the right to request the relevant person to leave the venue immediately without any compensation or refund.
17. The concert process may be photographed, videoed and/or broadcast live. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish on television and other media deemed appropriate by the Organizer around the world, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights of this concert, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of live recordings and/or audio and video products recorded in the related process and all other rights, are permanently owned by the Organizer. By entering the concert venue, the ticket holder agrees to be recorded or photographed, and the ticket holder hereby irrevocably waives all existing and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights and moral rights) to the contents of the audio and video recordings of the concert live recording and/or its related process.
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer will not be liable to ticket holders or other persons for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay or inconvenience caused by participating in this concert or its related process, accepting or using souvenirs (if any), or participating in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
19. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours or more before the opening time of this concert, or if it needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please pay attention to the latest announcements on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official )/ Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official )/ MIRO Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRO.weallare ) / Instagram (https://instagram.com/miro.weallare ) and/or MIRROR Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRROR.WeAre ) / Instagram(https://www.instagram.com/mirror.weare ).
20. Persons purchasing tickets for this concert, ticket holders and attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable regulations related to this concert. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will take effect immediately after being published on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official ) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official ). In case of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the final and binding decision.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders and attendees agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
22. In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organizer reserve the right of final decision.

Admission Arrangements

The following regulations apply to the use of wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs within AsiaWorld-Expo:

• Wheelchair seating tickets are only applicable to persons who rely on wheelchairs for mobility and their carers. Each wheelchair user can purchase one carer ticket when purchasing a wheelchair seat ticket. If AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited staff requests verification upon entry, the person holding the wheelchair seat ticket must present proof of impaired mobility^. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-wheelchair user or any person who is not accompanying a wheelchair user with a wheelchair seat ticket or a carer ticket, and no refund will be arranged. In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right of final decision. ^Proof of impaired mobility refers to the “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (physical disability category) or other valid medical certificate showing impaired mobility.
• If a ticketed wheelchair user requires assistance from venue staff to be seated, please call AsiaWorld-Expo (+852-3606 8000) before the show for advance arrangements. Wheelchair users are also requested to arrive at the performance venue early so that venue staff can arrange smooth seating.

Important Notice

• Unauthorized photography, video recording and audio recording are not allowed inside the performance venue. Audience members are required to undergo a search of their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Items larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, video and audio recording equipment and stools/foldable seats are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed to be brought into the concert. If you have the above restricted items, please store them in the luggage storage service counter or the self-service locker box on the ground floor.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Any damaged, defaced, altered, incomplete or copied tickets will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable or transferable. Each ticket admits one person only and is subject to the age restrictions set by the organizer. Lost standing or unreserved seating tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• For safety reasons, "selfie sticks" are not allowed within the venue.
• Age restriction for seated audience: 3 years old or above only.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the AsiaWorld-Expo area.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into AsiaWorld-Expo.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring glass bottles, any lighter-than-air inflatable objects, regardless of their material (e.g. balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, aerosols or sharp objects into the performance venue.
• The possession and use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited within the AsiaWorld-Expo area.
• The sale or distribution of unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the AsiaWorld-Expo area.
• Standing on chairs is not allowed.
• Loitering on staircases and public corridors is not allowed.
• LED light boards and the release of fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
• The carrying and use of any remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (e.g. model helicopters, drones) is not allowed.
• The performance may have strong lights, flashing lights or smoke effects. If audience members feel unwell or need assistance, please notify on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
• Ticket scalping is strictly prohibited. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right to cancel any ticket that has been used or resold, shared with others or used for other commercial purposes.
• Latecomers may be arranged to enter at an appropriate time, but admission for latecomers cannot be guaranteed.
• Except for guide dogs with written consent from AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited, all persons are prohibited from bringing any animals into the venue.
• Ticket holders will be deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of AsiaWorld-Expo, the organizer and its official ticketing when using the ticket. These terms and conditions will be amended from time to time without prior notice.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee that participants' view will not be completely obstructed during the event.
• In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right of final decision.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
