G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Ubermensch in Singapore

《G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Übermensch》 integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI, real-time holograms, VR, and Unreal Engine next-generation 3D CG to fully interpret the core spirit of the "Übermensch" from his latest album, showcasing the concept of self-transcendence and improvement, bringing a soul-stirring immersive experience.

In 《G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Übermensch》, fans can use VR technology to experience the incredible performance of the new song "TAKE ME" up close, as if face-to-face with G-DRAGON. The new songs "TAKE ME" and "IBELONGIIU" are played on the screen, and integrated into a single picture through multiple 5G real-time holographic devices, with a frame of only 2 cm, creating an extremely realistic presence.

The original "immersion-interaction-feedback" three-dimensional experience of the first show in Korea is reproduced in Singapore, allowing fans to experience this cross-generational art event in Singapore without flying to Seoul.

Exhibition merchandise imported directly from Korea will also be sold at the exhibition site, and special affordable prices and gift sets will be launched, allowing fans to have a complete G-DRAGON art series at one time, which is definitely a precious collection not to be missed!

Ticketing Guidelines

• Tickets are sold exclusively on Klook.
• Each user is limited to 1 booking, up to 2 tickets, on Klook.
• All tickets for this exhibition are provided as QR codes.
• Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Entry to the exhibition is available by online reservation only, and only visitors holding a valid official ticket (QR code) will be admitted.
• The organizer will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• Please make sure to carefully check that all information entered is accurate.
• Please direct all ticket-related inquiries to Klook, the official ticketing platform.
• For ticket refunds, kindly refer to Klook’s official refund policy.
• Operations may be paused or altered due to circumstances of the organizers or on-site conditions.

Admision Guidelines

• The Entrance Kit will be provided after ticket details are confirmed at entry.
• The MEDIA EXHIBITION is limited to approximately 60 minutes each session for all 24 sessions held per day.
• An announcement for exit may be made 10 minutes before the end of each session.
• Additional instructions or waiting times may occur depending on on-site circumstances.
• Order Sheet will be provided at the exit of the exhibition, as it may get lost during viewing.

Entrance Guidelines

• Ticket verification will start 15 minutes before each session.
• Admission will be allowed only for the date and time indicated on the purchased ticket.
• Admission will be restricted after 15 minutes past the reserved entry time.
• MD ZONE operating hours: 09:30 - 23:00.
• We recommend arriving at MD ZONE within 30 minutes after your exhibition session. The MD ZONE is only available on the day of your visit.
• Admission to the MD ZONE is permitted only to visitors who have completed the exhibition, on the same day of entry to the exhibition.

Please provide both your QR code and proof of identity. (Foreign Residents must present their original passport) (Valid proof of identity : SINGAPORE Identification Cards (IC) or passport)

• Please wait in line after getting your ticket verified and enter at the scheduled entry time.
• Please note that only cabin-size bags are allowed. Large luggage is not permitted, and paid baggage storage is available in JEWEL (LEVEL 1) and Terminals 2, 3 and 4. More information about these facilities can be found on the Changi Airport website here. Please make sure you allocate sufficient time to store your bags before arriving at the exhibition venue.

Admission Guidelines for Minors

• If ticketing is successfully completed and the ticketholder is confirmed to be a minor, the reservation will be deemed to have the consent of their legal guardian.
• All legal responsibility for this consent lies with the legal guardian, and neither the booking platform nor the organizer will be held liable.
• Minors 12 and below MUST be accompanied by an Adult
• Child age below 2 do not require a ticket. Prove of age will be conducted at the door.
• Entry of child below 2 DOES NOT come with a Merch Menu
• VR Zone experience is valid for 8 years and above.

• Ticket holders who can verify their G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP on the day of their visit will receive 1 membership photocard.
• Membership registration will be available at the venue, and the same benefits will be provided.
• Members will receive their membership photocard at the RECEPTION booth, after verification of their exhibition ticket, profile information on the membership digital card, and proof of identity.
• Screenshots or photos of membership digital cards, identification cards and passports will not be accepted. Please bring physical or authentic mobile versions for verification.
• Membership photocards are limited in quantity and may run out early.
• The image on the membership photocards for is the same in all countries with the exception of South Korea.

Package Pick Up

• After leaving the exhibition, please proceed straight to the MD ZONE, located at SOUTH GATEWAY GARDEN on LEVEL 2 of JEWEL.
• Please present the following as guided by the on-site staff:
• Proof of MD package purchase
• Valid ID card or passport (for ID verification)
• Admission ticket (QR Code)
• After verification, you will be able to collect your pre-purchased MD package. Please make sure to check all items in the package on-site upon receipt. (Exchanges and re-entry will not be permitted once you leave the venue.)

• Some items may have purchase quantity limits to ensure fair purchasing opportunities, and popular items could sell out early.
• All items undergo basic quality checks before shipment and sale.
• If there is a clear and visible defect in the product, you must bring the purchased item + receipt + original payment method to the venue to request an exchange. If the item is out of stock, only a refund will be offered.
• No exchanges or refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the exhibition period is over. Please inspect your items immediately after purchase.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT GUIDE

• Minor scratches, dents, spots, or creases that may occur due to the nature of the material are not considered defects. For printed materials, severe smudging, peeling, or scratches may qualify for an exchange.
• Dust or minor scratches and marks that may occur during packaging and manufacturing are not considered defects.
• Acrylic products come with a protective film to prevent surface scratches. Please remove this film before use.
• Minor scratches, dust, or spots under the protective film do not qualify as defects.
• For textile products, slight loose threads, minor color variations, or small foreign materials from the production process are normal and are not considered defects.
• Packaging is intended solely for product protection. Damage to packaging during transit does not qualify for exchanges or refunds.

NOT VALID FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

• Damages as a result of mishandling the packaging.
• Items damaged or lost due to customer negligence.
• Items with significant quality reduction due to use or partial consumption.
