What to expect

Discover Züripilz, an urban mushroom farm inside a former water reservoir in Zurich. Explore our Demeter-certified production and learn how mushrooms grow, from substrate and mycelium to harvest.

Choose your experience:

2-hour guided tour: Go behind the scenes, discover the growing rooms and learn how temperature, humidity and fresh air shape mushroom growth. 5-hour tour and workshop: Includes the guided tour, a shared lunch and a practical session. Mix your own substrate and build a mushroom growing box to take home, with tips on care and harvesting.

Meet us at Friesenbergstrasse 360, 8055 Zurich. Bring warm clothing and closed shoes.
