Very on time and the guide/in-charge is very friendly. She will also text and call you what time to pick you up and how many minutes before they will arrive. They will always keep you inform of the schedule which is amazing.

We're not able to join the tour due to some misunderstanding with the pick-up point. Our fault, though. Tour operator is courteous too for sending email about our non-participation.
