I purchased the pass thinking that the lounge was after the security section. unfortunately, I didn’t know that it was before the security section and thereby lost the opportunity to experience the lounge. I wished that there was a note indicating that this lounge is not by the gates; I lost my purchase and it could not be cancelled anymore. Lesson learned.
