Vehicle Information •7-seater vehicle (Serena/Alphard/Van, etc. Specific models cannot be selected) Maximum 6 people + 4 pieces of luggage •10-seater vehicle (Toyota Hiace, etc.) Maximum 9 people + 10 pieces of luggage •18-seater vehicle (Toyota Coaster, etc.) Maximum 18 people + 18 pieces of luggage Or maximum 23 people (including 4 jump seats, limited to no large luggage, maximum 10 pieces of luggage)

Child Seat and Luggage Regulations •This service uses commercially licensed vehicles; child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. 　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s worth of space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance of oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If you are unable to board due to exceeding passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the passenger.

Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle types may be adjusted to similar-class vehicles depending on the dispatch situation on the day. Specific models cannot be selected. •If a 7-seater vehicle is carrying 6 large adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfort. •Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius from the departure hotel. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional travel. •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses in Naha City. If outside the area, an empty car fee will be charged (JPY 5,000～20,000).

Charter Time and Overtime Fee •Standard service time: 10 hours 　※ If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, the service time is 8 hours; empty car time will be reserved for other areas according to actual arrangement. •Service hours range: 07:00–22:00

Overtime fee standard:

• 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour)
• 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) ※ Overtime charges include time spent due to traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other Reminders •The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the service). Please be ready at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
