Please note that this tour requires walking in the snow for a long time, so it is recommended to wear snow shoes to avoid slipping.

  • Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
  • Please confirm the tour number on site and meet in front of the Shinkansen ticket gate at JR Nagano Station.

  • In winter, depending on the weather conditions, you may not be able to enjoy the snow scenery at each tourist spot.
  • The one-way journey to the Jigokudani Monkey Park takes about 2 km on foot. The roads are prone to freezing and snow in winter, so please wear warm clothes and non-slip shoes.
  • Vehicle type: Vehicle dispatch according to the number of people. When there are few people in the group, a driver will be arranged to provide full tour service. No tour leader will be assigned. You are free to visit the attraction after arrival. Please be aware of this.
