• Children and infants are charged at the adult rate and count as passengers for booking purposes. For example, if there are 2 adults and 1 child, please select 1 group of 3 persons when booking.
• A child safety seat will be provided free of charge for children aged 5 years and below. Please inform us in advance if an infant or child will be joining the tour.
• Guests can discuss and customize the itinerary with the tour guide. Any additional entrance fees not included in the above itinerary must be paid directly by the guest.
• Pickup and drop-off can be arranged from Dubai Airport or any hotel in Dubai. Airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport tour are also available. If you have extra luggage, please inform us in advance.
• Price is per private group. For 2 guests, select 1 person (Group of 2) when booking.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• To reschedule or request a full refund, please contact the supplier/operator: Subject to approval

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• Itinerary may be altered due to layover time in Dubai.Guest can discuss with our tour guide and customize the itinerary, guest have to pay directly if any additional entrance ticket applicable which is not included in the above itinerary.
• Pickup will be in a Private suitable air-conditioned vehicle with Private Guide.
• If you required a different start time which is not mentioned in the website, please update in the remarks.
• Please inform us in advance if you have oversize or excess luggage, so a suitable vehicle may be arranged with supplement charges.
• The price quoted is for the entire group on a private basis. If you are a group of 2 persons, please select only 1 person (Group of 2) when making your booking.
• Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
